The Peja Hill Project

In the south-west part of Peja, 2 km from the city center, the newest most modern and urban planned project, has started taking form. The new project called PejaHill is the newest neighborhood of Peja’s city. With 3 types of houses (Type A, B and C) which have different square meters, preserving at the same time the unique idea of inside design and function.  The new neighborhood will have 57 houses, each of which will have its own intimacy, securing a comfortable family environment.

The A type is a 260.75 m2  house, which includes all necessary needed spaces of a family. A big living room with enough natural light accompanied by a kitchen with a dining table, a small food warehouse and work room are part of the ground floor. The first floor is mainly designed to serve for the purpose of sleeping, with 4 bedrooms one of which has a separated bathroom and a wardrobe. A parking place is also included in the design. The outside façade offers a residence look, modern with a classical touch seen on the arch windows and some other elements.

The B type is a 213.26 m2 house, which includes in the ground floor also a living room, kitchen, warehouse and a parking space with the opportunity to store technical equipment’s. The first floor has a bedroom with a separated bathroom and wardrobe and two other rooms with a shared bathroom. Each room enjoys a balcony with an amazing view of the Albanian Alps.

The C type is a 156.27 m2 house, designed for newly wed couples, with the ground floor including a living room, kitchen and bathroom. The first floor has 3 bedrooms,a bathroom and 2 balconies.

The designers have also though for the community by separating a beautiful place for a swimming pool, sport fields and enough sidewalk benches. Families with children have also the opportunity to send their children in a school near the neighborhood.

The neighborhood is being built in a rich environment surrounded by nature, which has inspired the investor with the moto “Nature is my house”.
