Euro Center Complex

The 25.400 square meter Euro Center Complex is a project design by Shehu Architects, located adjacent to the old part of  the city of Prizren. The complex aims to create different infrastructures as car parking, shopping center, administrative offices and residential apartments.

Complexes with a functional solution and organization contain various infrastructures, where there are included,

Parking places that are located in two floors and may be approached through the ramp with automatic doors and roads enough wide for the vehicle traffic. There is also the detecting system of the carbon monoxide.

Supermarkets located there provide a suitable space in developing trade – business activities.

The business center provides a suitable space for all sectors, as for fashion, sport items, cafeterias, restaurants, the games and entertaining corner, the corner for children’s games, etc. It also provides a suitable space for parking and garage, and an easy approach to the parking with the elevator. The building is also in disposal of the signaling system against fire for the entire business space.

Housing has a quality because it is located in the center of the city, near the institutions and schools, where the household daily supply is done faster and easier because it is a part of the complex with supermarkets and a trade center separated as specific parts of the block.

Apartments are concept in a way that a special care is dedicated to the function in relation with the necessary space, in order to achieve the European residence norms. Windows have large dimensions and with their space overpass the light coefficient (lux). Each complex apartment has sunbeams, in time determined parts during the day. Each apartment has direct connections in parking places from their halls and elevators and stairs.
